Handicapped nasty room, had to get own towels 8:30 pm. Bed linens were dirty be cold day in *** before I stay at another Wyndham owned property!

Dirty room, had to go to desk for towels they refused to bring I'm in handicap room in wheelchair. Refused to take trash out! If I thought I could sue for this kind of crap I'd be in court tomorrow this is second time I've stayed in Wyndham property and they both suck bunch of lazy *** people. Thanks for ruining my trip the only reason I'm staying because couldn't get a refund! District manager needs *** whoopin of only I had legs!

Worst experience ever

Bad customer service Property Manager Shelly was disrespectful and unapologetic! Fraud charges, dirty, the hot tub didnt work! Shelly claimed she fired Laura a manager but she should not be the Property manager! Basically Shelly was Bias and called me black and poor. My debit card had up to 5 transactions for one reservation!!!

Serious complaint and also charges Ramada By Wyndham Platte City, MO

0 On July 30, 2022 Laura W, the manager charged my card 5 different times for one room, one reservation. She stated it was normal. The place was dirty, poor customer service and hot tub didnt work.

In hopes for some help in this horrible situation

Last responses to Ramada inn. Lost are luggage and eaten by bed bugs. Horrible. Please read below What?

User's recommendation: The staff is not reliable . The negligence has lost our luggage and I'm talking about a transfer from Las Vegas to Northern UT. We thought the Ramadas communication was and could be trusted. A huge heartbreak and let down. Parts of us are gone and no one knows where. Special memories. Also , never would of dreamt in a thousand years that the Ramada Inn would have a bed bugs all over the bed. They got all over me and my fiance. Still scratching two weeks later . Not impressed with a name like Ramada inn ... This was a huge let down and disappointed.

Wrongly charged

We booked the hotel because it was advertised as a pet friendly hotel. We took our dogs there, they said sure that is fine, then called us a couple hours later and said they were kicking us out. We went back and got our very small dogs and left the property. They charged us for two nights and we did not even stay one night! They entire staff was the dirtiest and meanest I have ever witnessed! Jasmine and Tammi offered the worst customer service I have EVER witnessed!! BEWARE!!!

We had bed bugs and still do. Plus me and my fiance are moving our whole life for his job transfer we thought the name Ramada Inn was enough to put our trust in but the staff was very neglectful along with management.

They stopped responding to where our luggage is/went along with the bed bugs . Any suggestions? Did their team reach back to you and yours?

Our belonging vanish with No explination

My fiance has been relocated out of our home Nevada to Springville. While waiting for our home we and all of our belongings stayed in two different rooms one of which we had to evacuate due to bed bugs all over and the second no more avalivility. In doing our second leave and waiting for our third Uber we had asked the staff member to hold over the holiday weekend 4 the July.Now it's a run around. This is my life.
